A major conference and awards scheme for female entrepreneurs is taking place in the South East on 17 September, carrying the message ‘the show must go on, so let’s get going now’.
Mag Kirwin from Goatsbridge Trout Farm in Kilkenny, Paula Corden from Deycom Computer Services in Carlow and Fleur Creed from Genesis Business College in Wexford will be joining representatives from the County and City Enterprise Boards to announce details of the South East Women in Business Conference tomorrow (Wednesday, 25 August).
The County and City Enterprise Boards in the region have enlisted the help of established and emerging entrepreneurs to help women-led businesses continue to run and grow their businesses, to help protect more local jobs.
Organisers have secured Sean Gallagher, founder of Smarthomes, Monica Leech from Outside Thinking, Louise Grubb from Nutri-Science, Veronica Canning, author of ‘Shoeisms’ and Sheila Gallogly from Márla.ie to help inform and inspire businesswomen.
