An initiative of accountant and entrepreneur Paddy Gahan, the next free Referrals Expo 2010 event is taking place on 12 August in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin.
The objective of each monthly event is to generate introductions and referrals. There will be five groups of ten, each seated at a table. Each person at each table has two minutes to tell the other nine members what they are trying to achieve.
Once each person has spoken, the groups will be mixed up twice over the morning and there is general networking at the end with tea and coffee.
“It’s an opportunity to meet and engage with people. Hopefully, we’ll be recommending people to arrange one-to-ones, post-event, creating strategic link-ups,” says Gahan.
