Dublin City Libraries in association with Dublin City Enterprise Board are running a series of six free lectures to be held on Thursday evenings in the Central Library in the Ilac Shopping Centre.
Taking place in September and October, the programme is aimed at those who are thinking of self employment. The theme this year is ‘Innovation for Start-ups’, which will include novel ways to overcome some of the challenges of starting and growing a business in difficult economic times.
The lectures will focus on the suitability and traits of the self employed, generating business ideas, marketing with innovation, sourcing finance, key elements of business plans and ethnic entrepreneurship.
