Dublin City Enterprise Board (DCEB) has devised a new online interactive training tool, offering free online sessions to help aspiring start-ups develop their business skills and improve business performance.
Via DCEB’s online interactive training tool, participants are given ready-made templates to enable you to customise an ‘Action Plan’ for your business.
Topics cover ‘How To Target Your Marketing, ‘Five Ways To Increase Your Profit’, ‘Why You Need E-Commerce’ and ‘Quick Start Business Plan’.
Under each topic, people will be asked pertinent questions and promoted to think about your business issues. Your input will be compiled into an Action Plan specific to your business.
The training sessions are designed to be simple, brief and to the point. Each topic takes between 10 and 20 minutes to complete. DCEB says the lessons are not like formal textbook training, but rather they offer real-life experiences of the challenges facing small businesses. For further information, click here.
