Course Details:

The course can be used as a standalone programme, which enhances the knowledge and skills of those already involved in training and supervisory positions or for those who aspire to such positions. This certificate is also intended to provide a path for those without formal qualifications who wish to progress to the professional stages in human resource management, and training & development.

Graduates of this certificate course can apply to the Irish Institute of Training and Development for accreditation.
