She set up the business in 1999 delivering outsourced HR management services to small and large indigenous and international organisations. The company specialises in providing compliant human resource policies, procedures and practices to support organisations of all sizes, with a high emphasis on the SME market, from their inception through to current changing and turbulent times.

CA Consulting provides additional services through its ancillary businesses: CA Employment (employment dispute handling) and CA Careers (career change). The Company works proactively with a wide variety of clients from numerous sectors to ensure that they have the best productive people working compliantly for them delivering against performance expectations and driving their business successfully into the future.
