Mark Barrett

Mark Barrett is partner with Moore Stephens Nathans in Cork, and specialises in taxation, international holding companies, wealth and succession planning. Joining Nathans from PwC Barrett has led the development of the firm’s international client base and has been instrumental in helping clients exploit the advantages of Ireland’s attractive corporate tax rate, IP regime and holding company structures. Barrett is a member of the Council of the Irish Taxation Institute and chairs a number of committees for the Institute.
